Can I see the Aquaja Diamond Line in real life?
Yes, that is possible. You can visit one of our flagstore dealers, Huisdierwereld Diebo in Nieuwegein or Coral and Fishstore in Breda. You can also make an appointment with us to visit our production facility in Echt, the Netherlands.
What is the average delivery time of an aquarium?
We can deliver from stock within 5 to 10 working days on average. In case a product is not in stock, we can deliver in 2-3 weeks, keeping in mind the production time of an aquarium.
How will my aquarium be delivered?
We offer you different delivery possibilities when ordering through our webshop.
When the aquarium gets delivered, it is important to unpack the aquarium carefully and control everything on potential damages, missing parts or other possible problems. In case you find a problem, you need to contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours after delivery).
My product is damages. What do I do?
In any case of damages upon receiving your problems, please contact us as soon as possible. We will aim to solve the problem as fast as possible to your satisfaction.
Where can I find replacement parts or other accessories for my aquarium?
Replacement parts are available on our website under the accessories catagory.
How long is the warranty?
We offer 3 year warranty on all silicon. Besides that we offer a 1-year general warranty. We can’t give any guarantees on glass breakage.
